What are Care Coins?

Care Coins is our loyalty programme that rewards you for shopping with us! You can earn points through the programme whenever you interact with Care Box Collection, for example signing up to Care Coins, making a purchase on our website or connecting with us on social media.

These points can be redeemed as a discount on your next order or built up over time.

Who can sign up for Care Coins?

Everyone! Simply sign up here to join the program.

How Do I Know How Many Coins I Have?

To check your points balance, click on the Rewards tab in the main menu, which will bring you to the Care Coins homepage. From here, you can log into your account, and a pop-up box will appear on the bottom left-hand side of the screen showing the total number of points you have accumulated.

What If I Cancel My Order?

Any coins earned as a result of a cancelled or returned purchase will be removed from your account balance.
