Returns & Refund Policy
We have a 20-day return policy, which means you have 20 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and sealed in its original packaging.
To start a return, you can contact us at email@example.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Returns are entirely at the discretion of Care Box Collection. Any cost associated with the return is payable by the customer.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please note this the box and packaging are not categorised as a product.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. If your box has not yet been dispatched, email us on email@example.com and we are happy to exchange it for another item.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Can I choose the product for my Care Box?
Yes! We have a 'Create A Custom Care Box' range that allows you to choose from over 250 products to create the perfect gift box for yourself, a loved one or colleague.
Do you include billing information in the delivery?
No, as the majority of our boxes are sent as gifts, we do not include any billing information or pricing within the box.

Where can I add my free personal note?
We want to make every gift personal, so a free personal note is included within every order.

Is gift wrapping available?
Yes, you can add gift wrapping at the shopping cart stage!
What size is the gift box?
We have various sizes in both our kraft and magnetic gift boxes to ensure it is never too big or too small for the products you choose
Can I make changes to my order?
Of course, we know mistakes can happen! You can make adjustments previous to your order being fulfilled.

How long does shipping within Ireland take?
Here at Care Box Collection we work diligently with our courier to supply the quickest and most convenient delivery of your orders.
Our Free Delivery option will see your care box delivered within 3-4 working days
With Express Delivery your order will be delivered within 1-3 working days
What is Express Delivery?
Ordering a gift last minute? No problem. With our Express Delivery option we will expedite your order processing and dispatch with DPD Next Day Delivery.
Using Express Delivery you can expect to receive your order within 1-3 working days.

International transit times, following your order dispatch are as follows:

Do I pay customs & duties charges?
To ensure the recipient is never charged to receive your gift, all customs, duties and taxes are included within the shipping costs. No additional charges apply

To ensure the most efficient shipping service, we use two shipping partners.
Domestic shipments are handled with DPD
International shipments are handled by DPD or UPS
Can I choose my delivery date?
Yes! If you are ordering for a particular occasion we can schedule delivery for just before the event.
How do I set up a subscription?
Choose your preferred subscription box, select your payment method, either monthly or pre-paid, enter your shipping details & checkout. That's it!
How can I manage my subscription?
Going on an extended holiday? Moving house? Amending, pausing or canceling your subscription is easy
Log into your customer account or click the 'manage my subscription' button in your order confirmation email to make any changes
What are your subscription payment options?
We currently have two payment methods for our subscription boxes. You can choose to pay monthly or opt for a pre-paid subscription
Can I include preferences for my subscription?
Yes! If you have sensitive skin, allergies or dietary requirements just let us know and we will amend your boxes accordingly.
Do you have a minimum order quantity for corporate gifts?
We do not have a minimum quantity for orders. We work with businesses big and small to make your occasion memorable, whether you are looking for 5 or 5,000 gifts.
Can you deliver to multiple addresses?
Yes, we can deliver your gift boxes by courier to each recipients address.
Do you have branded products?
Yes, we have a wide range of branded and promotional products available.
